Based on one of Germany's most popular children's books MOONBOUND tells the story of little Pete who embarks on an enchanting journey together with June bug Mr. Zoomzeman and the Sandman to rescue his little sister from the evil Moon Man. Adventure,Family,Fantasy To be honest, a fairly tale or fantasy genre animation is not my thing but this film did delivered few aspects that I always seek in every movie or animation that I watched. E.g Love, family, friendship, loyalty, comradeship, dream, brotherhood, compassion and classic fairy story. The only thing bothered me is that, why the moonman is more powerful than the fairy?.. Not what I expected but still enjoyable.
